Care Approach & Services
Medical Acupuncture
Acupuncture is the foundation of this program and is used to help regulate the menstrual cycle, support hormone balance, improve blood flow, and reduce stress on the nervous system.Care is typically recommended once weekly for 90 days or until conception to allow the body time to regulate the cycle
On rare occasions, sessions may be recommended twice weekly, depending on individual needs
While some patients see changes sooner, others may require 3–4 months, especially when cycle irregularities or liver imbalance patterns are present. Everybody responds differently, and care is always adjusted accordingly.
Chiropractic Care
If appropriate and desired, chiropractic care may be incorporated to support pelvic alignment, nervous system function, and overall body balance.Chiropractic care is typically every week at the beginning
